My wife and I highly recommend Kim Goodson to help sell or buy a house. Kim worked tirelessly to sell our home and to ensure it was very visible in the market. She provided tremendous guidance on how to present the house to the market and she always provided immediate feedback on potential buyers. While the process of selling our home was taking place, Kim patiently worked with us on finding our new home and was always willing to show us homes multiple times. After finding a buyer for our home and finding a new perfect home, Kim worked aggressively to close and protect our interest on the sell of our home and the new property. On the day of the stressful closings and move, Kim even went out of her way to help us by directing the movers on the placement of our furniture in the new home while we ran from one closing to the next.             It is with great pleasure that my fiancée and I are writing this letter of recommendation for real estate agent, Kim Goodson of Crye-Leike Realtors.  Family members and friends recommended Kim to us and so we decided to work with her in searching for our first home.

            From the beginning Kim was professional and enthusiastic about our search and what we wanted in our first house.  By us being first time homebuyers, we had many questions and needed direction in everyway.  Kim went out of her way to help us in anyway that we needed until we found the perfect home for us.  She worked diligently with our bank, the previous homeowners, and their realtor.  By doing so, it took the workload off of us and allowed for the experience to be enjoyable rather than stressful.  Kim helped to take away all of our fears that we had going into the process as first time homebuyers.  In doing so, she not only became an instrumental part of our total searching/purchasing experience, but she became a friend as well.
